A dystopia is never finished. We recently started a campaign of Cyberpunk is Dead that focuses heavily on the free play and downtime in comparison to the missions and I've found that a slower-paced thing like that needs some tweaks to the mechanics the current game offers. So I've started to build on the ideas of Cyberpunk is Dead, expanding and explaining them as we go on. There is a beta PDF of version 2 now in the files. It's a direct "download as PDF" of the Google Doc I'm working on, so don't expect anything that is laid out. It complements the rules and expands on them.
